I use Outlook Dot Com for email and Contacts.
With that, the main people I communicate with, I have an avatar for them.
In Messages on macOS (in this case Ventura), some Contacts show the avatar, some do not.
Any reason why?
Those same contacts in Messages on iOS, show the avatar just fine.
