Is anyone else seeing this?

I installed a fresh copy of macOS Catalina 10.15.2 today, and it has been a few hours since Messages was set up. I noticed suddenly that messages received on my iPhone are not getting transmitted to the Mac. I opened Messages app to see if they are getting delivered silently, but I see this.

Hardware, if at all it would matter in this one, is a MacBook Air 2017. Software is fresh copy of 10.15.2.
