Notifications are on. Banners set to show. Badges set to show.
When receiving a text messages, banners will NEVER pop up regardless of the setting I change. This is my wife’s phone. I verified that her and my settings are identical yet I get banners and she doesn’t. The badge on the home screen changes but no banner.
