Messages for Mac (Won't install) [MBA+10.7.3]

Hello,
I just downloaded Messages from Apple right now, but it refuses to install on my Macbook Air (running 10.7.3).
Installer tells me that "This volume does not meet the requirements for this update".

I have about 11gb of free space (Currently), and I'm running the required version of OS.

If anyone knows of a work-around, please let me know.

I don't see that in the Mac App store. What is the exact name?
