Hi all,

On my Mac Messages, the app is failing to correctly maintain the sequence of messages. For example, if I send a message and the recipient replies, her reply will go above my initial message? And then if she sends another message, then messages will put that underneath her reply and still above my initial message?

This is a recent phenomenon. I was forced to log out of my iCloud account which Messages uses and then I logged back into it. But since then, this problem has been persisting.

Can anyone help me please?

Thank you!

Are your devices constantly checking your location-timezone? Mine has started to do that this too and I suspect the time stamps are out of sync as a result

That's a very good, logical suggestion.

In answer to your question, I'm not entirely sure to be honest. How can I check this? My iPhone is working fine so I reckon it's an issue with my Mac. My Mac is set to automatically set the time to the local time zone...

The most recent update addresses this issue actually. I set my devices to display when location services are being used and a little arrow appears in the top menu bar.
