Hey guys, this really has me stumped. I have no pictures or videos in my conversations in imessage or sms. And when I tap the details tab the pane just shows Jpeg. or the movie icon and it does not load the media. EVery message on my iphone has this happening. Meanwhile my wife has our shared imessage pictures on her phone. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix this. Any help would be much appreciated. Heres a pic of whats happening
