iPhone is an SE running iOS 13.2, Mac is an iMac running macOS 10.11.6 (El Cap). At some point in the last couple of weeks I noticed that messages were not being forwarded to my Mac. This was probably after I upgraded to 13.something. After a lot of googling and trying various incantations found in various dark corners of the 'net I'm still not getting any messages forwarded. I don't want messages in the cloud, I just want messages sent to my iPhone to be forwarded to my Mac. I want things to be working the way they were before they suddenly weren't. (This sort of thing happens on Apple stuff way too often these days!) Both computer and phone have been power cycled, and I've disconnected and reconnected to iCloud. No joy.

Update. Forwarding had also been working from this iPhone to a MacBook Pro running 10.14.6, and it no longer forwards to that Mac either.

This was "fixed" (I hope) by removing the 60+ iMessage keys in the Keychain. I was checking the Keychain for something else and noticed this accumulation of keys. That rang a faint bell about past problems, so I deleted them all. Since then messages are forwarding from my iPhone to my iMac.
