Messages Notification Bug

So I was texting a few people and noticed my phone was slowing down. (iPhone 4s 32GB ((20 GB free)) iOS7 Beta2) I get a text and see it in the notifications center. I click my messages app and I dont see it in the conversation thread. So I reply as normal and close out the notification in the notifications center. The badge notification on the messages app will not go away. I've cleared all settings and hard reset my phone about twice. Any ideas?
