Stupid question. With the messages app on the Watch are you able to send a message comprised of both text and emoji? Or is it one or the other?

Siri will send a text message via dictation (no keyboard on  Watch) or you can select the emoji option - but not together in same text message

That's what I assumed as I couldn't figure out how to do it. Hopefully Apple lets you do both at some point.
