Messages only showing numbers and no names

So I've checked and my iCloud is setup from what I can tell. Yet I get messages on my MacBook but they are only showing phone numbers and not the contact info. How do I push the contact info over? I had it in the past then my computer crashed and I had to do a big reinstall of everything and lost that functionality.

Thanks for any help I know this is something small but it's been driving me crazy!
