Messages random underlined words

Has anyone found a way to turn off the random underlining in messages? I find it super annoying that it decides on its own what may or may not be important enough to underline.

I'm not sure it's random. It underlines times and dates (words like morning, tomorrow, etc.) so that you can tap on them and make calendar events.

They are not just random. Tap on them, and you can create a calendar alert etc. It's a feature of iOS 7.
