I've downloaded MSN for Mac Beta 8 , and tried to make a video call to a PC user, we could text each other, but that's it. The eye cam logo appears, but we couldn't hear or see each other. I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong or there are bugs in the Beta 8. I'm a new macbook pro user and to video calling. I've look at the MS website having trawled through millions of links, have contacted customer service and waiting for a reply. PC user can't use Skype at the moment. Any help would be much appreciated.
