Messed something up in iFile?!?!

I recently downloaded iFile and was messing around....not even sure where. I did NOT delete anything that I know of, but now alllll of my preloaded apps are gone (Mail, iPod, etc) along with Cydia and other jailbreak-acquired apps. The device is a 1st gen iPad wi-fi 32 GB. Help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Try Restaring your iPad, If that does not work something may have gone very wrong and you may need to Restore your iPad!

I'm afraid if you don't know what you deleted or moved using iFile you might just have to bite the bullet and restore / re-sync all your apps back afresh.
