iPod touch Messed up Contacts app!!!!

So im just adding a few contacts manually from my phone on my iPod Touch, and all was going fine until I tried to add a address and the Contacts app crashed! It worked before because i've added addresses to contacts before. I tried rebooting and syncing with iTunes and its still not working properly! Any suggestions?

Theres also another miner bug, when I go in to Settings>General>About it says i've got 46 songs, but when I go in to Music and scroll to the bottom it says 45 songs.

I really do expect better from something a payed £200 for.

Could you sync your old phone with the computer (e.g. by bluetooth), to try and get all the contact details onto the computer and then into iTunes?

Or, maybe it would be easier to update the address book on the computer "by hand" and then sync to the iPod Touch.

Nope.
Also, my Address Book on my Mac is empty, I never put anything on there.
