Well, I don't know how this happened but recently my iPod has been acting really funny. Whenever I try to turn it on it won't even react but when I put the charging cable in and take it out it begins to start up. Once it's on the home button doesn't work and sometimes takes me to voice activation and the lock button will only work to ask me if I want to turn the iPod off. I have tried resetting it twice but it doesn't seem to work. I have had this iPod for about eight months, should I contact Apple about getting it replaced or am I missing something very obvious? Please help. ): I have the 3rd generation iPod Touch by the way.

Well I don't have a store near me so should I just call them about it?
