Messed up. Need Help.

Hello,
Today I tried to install MyWi on my iPhone 3G running iOS 4.0 .
I installed it successfully but then I had no 3G and in settings I cannot even access wifi, the iPhone turns on and off by itself and it is not recognized by my PC. I tried restoring network settings, rebooting, entering in airplane mode but it does not work.
I need to fix my iPhone or at least transfer my contacts to my mac. How can I do any of this 2?

Uninstall it and see of you can get your connectivity back.

I did that. My mac and my pc wont recognize it anyways. The wall charger does charge the iPhone though

I managed to enter in DFU and the iPhone was recognized, how do I transfer my contacts before restoring?

You may be screwed then.... I have had MyWi mess my phone up before and I had to reinstall the OS.
