Messed up photo albums

I noticed the other day that my Photos albums seem messed up. Some duplicated, some empty and some missing photos.

This on both iPhone and iPad on iOS 10 Beta 1 and 2. The albums seem fine on macOS and iCloud in the browser.

Just wondering has anyone else noticed this? I've been keeping an eye on the beta discussion and haven't seen it mentioned.

I have this too.

All of it was fine and faces had worked well too. Then, I had to sign out of iCloud and everything deleted and then re-downloaded. After that, faces were messed up and the thumbnails won't download. In photos>collections, it's blank besides a few lines. Going two levels into the photos starts then downloading but then it stops again.
