Messenger for Mac 7.0 Visual Notifications

Does anyone know how to enable visual notifications in messenger for mac 7.0? I'm getting sounds and a bouncing dock icon, but I'm not getting any pop-ups in the bottom right corner of my screen. Do I have to install something extra?

Download Adium messenger, it is by far the best IM client I've ever used for mac or pc. Almost all options are customizable, from UI to how messages are displayed. Supports Yahoo!, ICQ, MSN, AIM, Gtalk, Windows msgr, and a bunch more I don't know what the icons are for right now haha.
