Hi there, my boot volume structure seems to be a bit messy vs. an initial provisioning state (my reference https://eclecticlight.co/2021/01/13/big-sur-boot-volume-layout/)

As you would see,
I have a macintosh hd (disk1s5) - data with the SSV mounted

I have another macintosh hd data - data volume (disk1s1) which is the actual data volume.

My question is ; how can I do a clean install of big sur? Which volume/devices would be reset?

Thank you for your support
