I got lots of old slides and negatives from uncertain origins in year, month or/and day for scanning by my Epson V500. How to I best organize their metadata: can I use '00' for identification, or do I have to restrain to put them in Albums within Projects within Folders?). For example: about slides taken somewhere in 1950 or 1980 and spring or summer, can I use '1950' '1980' in general as year, '00' as month, and '00' as day?
As for now, already scanned slides get nearly identical Names, for example: 'family France038' (Version Name) and 'family France38.jpg' (File Name), without any other description. What will be the best field to identify such images: in Keywords, in Title or in a changed Version Name?
