I used to use iDentify to apply meta data to mp4 files, but this app is no longer supported in Sierra. Does anyone know of any other app (either app store or not) that fulfils this role. Essentially I used to be able to drop the file in the app, it would search IMDB etc, find the data, complete the fields then update the file so I could drag and drop into my iTunes.

Thanks

iFlicks will do the job. It is pretty automated.

And if you like to customize, you can also automate your custom preferences with rules.

I like it. It's Sierra compatible. And also available either in the Mac App Store or directly online.

I also used MetaZ. It works great. But it's more manual compare to iFlicks.
