You need to set it up in both OS X and then set it up in Windows I use Vista unfortunately but it does install easier there. Once the SAME devices are set up in each they will function seemlessly. You can even Option key into bootcamp from the Apple wireless keyboard after all is set

Edit: I need to read more closely. you MUST at least attach an external keyboard in clamshell mode using an external Monitor. you cannot do this with JUST wireless devices..
