Method to get themes/content onto phone without using SSH?

I have a jailbroken Iphone 4.
I have downloaded some themes from cydia, which work fine. The are some icons which I would like to update

The issue is that at the moment, I have no access to wifi and wont have until next weekend. Is there a way I can get icons and file onto the device and into the correct folders?
I already have iFile and thought I may be able to bluetooth files over to correct folders, but this isnt possible.

Is there maybe an app I can download on my laptop and connect phone via USB to browse iphone folders etc?

Try this.

Pretty simple and straightforward. Works with or w/o JB. If you're just looking to replace icons then this is a good work around from SSH.
