Hello! I recently downloaded the NPR and Pandora apps to my iPhone. All was well, until today when I received a text from AT&T saying that I had used 65% of my data plan. I thought that was fairly normal seeing as it's a bit of the way through the month. Unfortunately, a few minutes later I received a new message saying that I had used 100% of my data plan for the month.

Now, my data plan isn't very large, only 300 MB, but it's suited me well enough up till now. I've caught my phone slipping back into a 3G connection, ignoring my wireless, when it auto-locks. Of course, NPR continues playing during this time. Is there any way to prevent my phone from disconnecting from the wireless network while using these two apps? If not, then is there any way to prevent these two apps from streaming when my phone is only connected to the 3G network?

Thank you!
