Metronome and Time Signatures

I'm curious if anyone knows if there's a way to make the metronome only sound on a mono channel instead stereo. This would be useful to me in a live situation so I could run a click track to myself and and not have the audience hear it. Also, I got to expirment with gb for a little while and saw that it supports time signatures outside of 4/4 but I didn't find a single loop for a non 4/4 meter. Anyone know of any? Loops in 3/4 and 6/8 would be especially helpful. Are any included in the GB Jam Pack?
