MI - KM Glitch and it wont change

Work: Ras Laffan Home:LOS, From Scotland G15
I’ve been using the watch for about 1 month now, and so far so good

My question is related to MI & KM

I know how to set MI & KM on the iPhone(health) and how to set it in the watch.

However as you can see in my attachments
The Activity app iPhone is still showing MI,Total Distance MI , Avg Pace MI

I’m sure it’s a bug, has anyone else noticed this, or has anyone got a fix for this??
