Mic adapter for my earphones that work with the iphone

I want to use my regular earphones to answer calls as well, so I need a mic adapter. Anyone know a good one?

I'm having trouble finding any, I mean I possibly found one but not much more. Dealextreme.com has extremely cheap ones but I'm looking for sub-decent working ones.

How about a stereo bluetooth headset? Less wires to worry about.

Jabra BT3030 looks pretty cool. Supposed to be pretty good too.
