Mic for World of Warcraft

ok, so my mac pro is in the mail, i just got a copy of WoW, now i want a mic to use with it. I'm wondering if my USB logitech webcam that i use with my dell notebook will work with my mac pro? will i be able to use it for audio even if the video doesn't work?

I don't feel like dropin the cash on an external iSight because i don't think i'll use the video much but if i have to buy a new device i'd like to get a headset mic, any suggestions?

My Logitech Quickcam Zoom ended up surplus to requirements so I thought I'd try to get iChatAV working on an old CRT iMac. I bought a bit of software called iChatUSBCam for about £5 and it works a treat! There's a free demo so it might be worth trying out to see if you can use the mic only.
