Mic stopped working

Guys - all of a sudden, my mic on my Air doesn't work anymore for FaceTime or zoom or Teams or any other application. The mute button isn't muted and under Settings/Sound control, I did a test talking to it and see the graph move

In Allow applications to access the microphone, I see zoom & Teams listed but no Facetime
