I haven't had it a week and I notice a micro scratch on the Sapphire crystal screen. Kind if disappointed considering I bought it for the Sapphire only.

Your title pulled my thoughts in a different direction.
A Microsoft scratch is a direct result of a virus, evidence of an infection that cannot be removed
Chances are good that is not the subject of your post, however.

I had mine for 17 months now, am wearing it all day every day at work and play. My screen hasn't got a single scratch, the case however shows that it has been worn very day without a case as you would expect.

I have many sapphire crystal watches and have yet to scratch one. My Apple Watch is no exception.

Hahahaha, first thought was "Microsoft troll"

Joking aside though, maybe scratches in the oleophobic coating rather than the sapphire?

Yeah I looked at it again this morning (did so last night) are seem to be scratches on the coating only

Same here. All my Watches alike have sapphire and they have no scratches. I won't purchase another Watch without the sapphire display.

haha, I just checked my SS S2, and noticed 5-6 long scratches on the screen, not sure if it's on the coating or the screen. I guess I will just have to live with it, all glass will eventually get scratch on it.

The Saphirre display is more difficult to scratch. But yes, it can scratch.
