I haven't had it a week and I notice a micro scratch on the Sapphire crystal screen. Kind if disappointed considering I bought it for the Sapphire only.
Chances are good that is not the subject of your post, however.A Microsoft scratch is a direct result of a virus, evidence of an infection that cannot be removed
Your title pulled my thoughts in a different direction.

Yeah auto correct....lol. Micro
Hahahaha, first thought was "Microsoft troll"
Joking aside though, maybe scratches in the oleophobic coating rather than the sapphire?
I have many sapphire crystal watches and have yet to scratch one. My Apple Watch is no exception.
Yeah I looked at it again this morning (did so last night) are seem to be scratches on the coating only
haha, I just checked my SS S2, and noticed 5-6 long scratches on the screen, not sure if it's on the coating or the screen. I guess I will just have to live with it, all glass will eventually get scratch on it.
