I have an iPhone 5, a 3m micro USB cable and a micro USB to lightning adapter.

The charging is really really slow. Takes about 15 to 20 mins for the phone to boot from 0%.

Anyone has similar experiences?

Why all the adapters and what is the source of power?? That's what really matters. The power source determines the charging speed.

If you want fast use an iPad charger and lightning cable.

I guess you must like slow charging. Haha

Anyway, when I said slow, I meant slow compared to using a normal lighting cable with the 5W apple charger
