micromemo xtrememac help

so im going to a radiohead concert tonight and i have a micromemo/xtrememac recording device for my ipod.

the problem is that everytime ive tried recording a concert, the sound i get is sooooo bad that i have to discard the file.

does anybody have any recommendations???
