Hey Guys. I just bought a headset microphone from Altec Lansing today and I am having trouble setting it up. Its the AHS302i Model. It came with a USB adapter and i'd like to use that. On the package it clearly says it works with any Mac or PC, USB Compatible. I want to use it with the Skype software but can't get it to work. I can't get it to work with anything for that matter. I tried calling their Support Line but their closed down for the night.
The red light on the USB adapter is lit and the headphones work its just that I can't seem to get the mic. to work.
