iPhone 17 Pro Microphone problem is older car?

Hey all! I have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee with Uconnect for infotainment. It has worked great since I got it in 2018. I updated to iOS 26 on day 1 and had no problem. I upgraded to the 17 pro. The bluetooth audio works fine for podcasts and music, but the microphone is intermittent. Siri doesn’t understand me. On phone calls, the other person says I am cutting out real bad. My phone works perfectly on my wife’s carplay system in her car.

I have restarted the phone, disconnected and reconnected, forgotten and re-paired. No luck. Is this just me?

Having the same problem. Once we pair the phone, works, siri lights up and works. But any subsequent siri call wont work. Its like its not working with the mic

Same issue here with a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and a iPhone 17. I have even done a factory reset on the phone with no luck. My wife’s 16 pro works perfectly. Each time I unpair and pair it will work for the first call.
