Has anyone else had this happen?

Last night I was picking my girlfriend up at the airport and had called her to spot her in the crowd. Once I saw her, I hung up the call on my phone. When she got in the car she asked me why I hadnt hung up. Her phone still showed an active call screen and wouldn't let her exit by hitting the home button. It was as if the phone was frozen. My phone showed no active call at the time. There was no indication on my end that the call was still connected. My phone was not frozen. The really unsettling part is that sound was still transmitting from my phone when I would say "hello, hello" through to her earpeice on her phone. I even called her number again trying to break the line but while it was ringing her line, i was saying "testing, testing" and it was still coming through her phone. The only way we could break the line was by turning our phones off.

For the record... I have a 4S and she has a 5.

I'm just really glad we were in the same place to see it. Otherwise, we would have never been the wiser. Just a tip to never badmouth the person you just hung up with.
