I was wondering if you guys can any idea how I can transfer it for it to work on my 3GS? Would AT&T transfer it onto a SIM for free?

That's most likely why they are so busy. The manager hires lots of reps to keep the customer wait times down to around 5 minutes. I wish all stores were this good.
