hi everyone,

I have the Microsoft Bluetooth mouse and have been quite happy with it. It worked quite well with my Powerbook.

Unfortunately, I just installed the 10.2.8 upgrade and now I can't get my Microsoft Mouse to pair with my laptop.

Anyone have any ideas?

There was probably major bluetooth updates with 10.2.8, so try running the bluetooth setup assistant again. If that doesn't work go to SysPrefs and click Keyboard&Mouse and see if you can get it to work from there.

yes, it seems the large bluetooth updates are causing my problem.

the bluetooth setup assistant now seems to hang when it tries to pair with the microsoft mouse.

i tried keyboard and mouse settings as well. it appears they've added the 'bluetooth' tab here, and i tried setting the mosue up through there, but i had the same problem.

grr... is there any easy way to go back to 10.2.7?

thanks,
josh
