Are there any MCT's or VPC experts using these forums?
I'm an 8 year MCT vet who's been using Macs off and on at various businesses since OS X came out.
I'm switching my consulting/training laptop to my first personally bought MacBookPro. Although, my wife's work has been using Macs for years, and She has a MBP that I try to take control of whenever I need to do some SSH sysadmin web work.
We can call my O.S. usage pragmatic. I've got linux, mac, and windows all running at the house. It's funny when Out of Town Guests don't even notice when using Linux for internet. (Don't get me wrong, I think MSFT makes some good products, and I even think Vista is judged a little harshly, but MSFT makes some decisions that just makes me go ...hmmm)
I'm just curious for those who already use their MBP as their main machine.
Do you run the MCT Virtual PCs' in Boot Camp,
Do you convert them to VMWare,
or Even go further and run a VPC inside a VMWare Fusion or Parallels VM?
Is there much Apple and Open Source Training demands for trainers? Probably not since most of it is unix and then the end-user front-end is relatively easy.
Just my experience, It seems that Open Source and Apple Training Courses don't run as much. That might change with the Iphone sdk, and Enterprise possibly utilizing iphones as business devices.
I wonder if someone could port mono/.net framework to iphone using the sdk? I'll have to post that in the iphone forum.
