Microsoft Comfort Mouse 3000 scrolling up issues

I have issues scrolling up comfortably with this mouse. It scrolls up but very hesitantly like first it scrolls down, then up, then down, then up and so on...

I am using Mac 10.12.3 OS Sierra.
Please help!
