Microsoft Exchange Security - Ipad and Apple Mail

Hello

I use my iPad to access my work emails as it's easier on a bigger screen than the blackberry.

My IT guy at work said normally it doesn't work outside our approved accounts, except on the iPhone and iPad you can bypasss it by turning SSL off.

I have tried entering the same settings in Apple Mail but it just doesn't work. Does anybody know how I might get around this problem?

Don't understand your question. Are you able to access your Exchange account on iPad but NOT in Mail on your Mac? Or Vice Versa?
