Just an FYI to those that will be setting up a Microsoft Exchange with iPhone 2.0 (edge or 3g), it appears that the iPhone requires that the phone enable the Passcode feature on the phone and it removes the menu option to Turn Passcode Off. I did a reset of settings and it blew away my exchange email account from the phone, and tried configuring it different ways and it always leaves you with having to deal with the passcode feature on the phone.

A very interesting requirement, and one that I have to say stinks, because now when I go into my phone I have to enter a password.

Hope that helps others who were looking forward to this feature with 2.0.
