microsoft for mac powerpoint - compressing files

Hi,
I have a powerpoint presentation I want to send via email. how can I compress the file to less than 10mb? Its about 42mb at the moment.
Alternatively, how can I send it to a file sharing application. I've tried one but the upload continually fails.
