Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000, will it run on my Mac?

Hey, I recently purchased a Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000 and I'm not finding a way for it to properly run on my Mac (PowerMac G4 867mhz Dual, 10.4.11). I've download MaCam which does allow it to work, but solely through MaCam. I'm trying to get it to work with Skype. Anybody have anything that can help?

In skype if you go to your preferences, is the canada not there and available to select? Here's a screenshot of what I mean...
