I currently use Money to track banking and investments, is there any apple program comparable Sharware or Freeware. I use Money now in win XT w/VMare

Highly recommend iBank. Version 4 should be released soon, so I would wait before you purchase (unless they offer a free upgrade).

I don't know of any that are shareware/freeware that come even close to matching the features of Money.

Like southerndoc mentioned, iBank is one of the bigger ones. Also check out MoneyWell.

Personally, I use (and rather like, even though I think I'm the only Mac user that does ) Quicken Essentials. It connects and automatically updates all of my checking, saving, and credit cards accounts and can do some simple reports, which is all I ever used Microsoft Money for.

Money was one of the things I missed when I switched back, and I have checked out Moneywell, Cha Ching and iBank at various times as well as considered the switch to quicken (Mac or Windows).

I've ended up going web based with mint and my bank's online bill pay.

Sigh.

I'll check out iBank again based on the responses here.
