Microsoft mouse broke my logitech mouse!!!

You know the program microsoft mouse? Well when i accidentally installed it (trying to install microsoft keyboard) it partially destroyed my logitech V470. Now i cannot side scroll, or change buttons at all using logitech command centre, stuck with microsoft mouse button preferences, and i dont know how to fully delete microsoft mouse from my system.

Help please, i want my V470 to regain its functionality.
