I have Microsoft Office 2004 with 3 cd keys. I have my Power Book now with one cd key and two left. I am going to get rid of this laptop and get a new Mac Book, can I still use the same cd key or do I need to use the second one?

Legally, you can't use ANY of the keys if you're getting rid of your PowerBook with Office2004 installed on it. If, however, you're uninstalling the suite from the PowerBook then you are free to use any of the keys supplied.

I also have three keys. But only needed one to get all to work. So what's with the other two?

Bill.....
They're for other people in your household. It should say on the box or with the documentation.
