Microsoft Office 2008 (Multiple Key) Limitations

I was wondering what the limitations were on using one of the 3 keys. Can you be on at the same time as the other person using one of the 3 keys as well?

As far as I know, there's no network detection or activation employed. You're bound by your honesty in adhering to the licensing terms, which allows for only one machine per key.
