Hello everyone,

I need help. I opened MS Word and there was an update. I attempted to install and it failed. Since then I can't get my Macbook to work properly. Different keys get stuck. The M key, the T key and the command button. It's almost impossible to login to my macbook because of this. I already deleted MS Office from my Mac, but it's still doing it, what do I do?

This sounds like it is something to do with hardware more than software. Try resetting the PRAM and NVRAM.(LINK)

Update the keyboard driver. I remember earlier this year, Apple released a keyboard firmware saying something about possible bugs in the previous firmware. And try the pram trick.

Update - As it turns out it was the keyboard itself. Different keys were getting stuck as if I were holding them down. A local repair center replaced the entire keyboard. Me is happy again. :)
