GreatDrok macrumors 6502a May 1, 2006 561 22 New Zealand Nov 11, 2014 #2 Make sure you've got all updates - the latest is Office 2011 14.4.6 Office 2011 looks very clear on my rMBP screen and fine when I drag the window to my second (non-retina) monitor.
