I moved the microsoft office 2011 folder from documents to preferences. Now when I tried opening, this popped up. Same thing goes for Adobe Bridge CS5, Device Central CS5, Extension Manager CS5, Flash CS5, InDesign CS5, Media Encoder CS5, Photoshop CS5, Media Player.

Did you try moving the folder back to its original location?

Can you do a restore from Time Machine?
Why did you want it moved?

Unfortunately no. Didn't do back up. I redesigned my downloads & documents folder. Im thinking of reinstalling but I don't know where to find the serials since they can't be opened. Do you think upgrading to Mountain Lion will help?

Can you elaborate on "moved from preferences to documents"?
Applications are NORMALLY stored inside the Applications folder and shouldn't be moved out of it, as they might not open, which you now experience.
What about uninstalling Office and reinstalling it?

I believe he moved the "Microsoft User Data" folder, normally stored in ~/Documents to ~/Library/Preferences, which is a fairly common desire I've seen, although I wouldn't risk it myself. It worked with older versions of Office, but I'm not sure if Office 2011 recognizes it properly or with some modifications.
